Mrs. L. Dingle, of Hinemoa Street, is spending a few days in Auckland. Mrs. H. P. Ford, of Malfroy Road West, left on Tuesday for Cambridge, where she will be the guest of relatives. Mrs. C. R. Tapper is on a visit to Matamata, where she is the guest of her daughter-in-law, Mrs. J. Tapper. Mrs. Mellsop has returned from a holiday visit to Auckland, where she was staying at the Station Hotel. Mrs. Edwin Robertson left this week by motor on a holiday visit to Cambridge and Auckland. Mrs L. J. Bayfeild motored to Auckland for the week-end. Mrs. J. Halkett, of Pukuatua St., left last week on a brief visit to Napier. ' Sister Mitchell, of King St. private hospital, has returned from a holiday spent in Auckland and New Plymouth. Miss Harle Giles, of Auckland, is a guest of Mrs. J. Ruddy, of Hinemoa St. while she is iji Rotorua. Mrs. F. Stanier, of Otanga Road, has returned from a holiday spent in Auckland. j.,xrs. Benningsfieid, of Lake Rotoiti, who has been visiting Auckland, returned last week. At the week-end Mrs. P. Butler, of Malfroy Road, motored through toCambridge and Paeroa. A team of lady golfers were guests of the Cambridge Golf Club at the week-end and some most enjoyable golf was experienced. Those who made the trip were: — Mrs. P. Butler, Mrg. T. Parata, Mrs. E. La Trobe Hill, Mrs. Budd, Mrs. R. Copeland Smith, Mrs. S. H. Hay, Miss S. Snodgrass, Miss K. Carnachan, Miss T. Moon and Miss G. La Trobe Hill. Miss C. Moore is spending the Labour week-end in Hamilton. .Miss J. Bertram, of "The Mount," has returned after a holiday spent in New Plymouth as the guest of her grandparents, Archdeacon and Mrs. Evans.
