Just Where It Was During a motor-car accident case in the Opotiki Magistrate's Court this weelc, one of the counsel appearing in the case was very anxious to establish the exact position at which a driver said he had stopped his car. To^ this end he asked him several times if he could see the sea. The witness appeared unable to understand the exact answer required of him and was apparently getting somewhat bothered by the persistent question. Finally, in reply to a further question, "When you stopped where did you see the sea?" He answered: "Oh, well just there where it usually is. We didn't talce it with us."
