RED CROSS RELIEF
Christcliiirch, Tuesday. In response to an appeal from headquarters, the Canterbury branch of the Red Cross Society to-day decided to make a grant of £50 for the relief of sufferers from the earthquake. The money will be distributed from organisations of the society. Assistance of sub-branehes is sought by the Canterbury branch in raising this sum.
