DANCE FOR CYCLE CLUB
A very successful danc-e was held in the King Street Hall last evening with the object of raising funds in aid of the Athletic and Cycling Club. The ladies of Rebecca Lodge provided an excellent supper and the musie was supplied by Skelton's Orchestra. Mr. Jones contributed an eloeutionary item, and'Mr. Harry Armstrong a.vocal solo. During supper Mr. D. Aberhart gave an exhibition of cycle- riding on rollers. It is the intention of the club to enter five riders in the CambridgeAuckland road race on October 14, and the team is reported to be in good training.
