Miss Frena Clayton-Greene, of Hamilton, is staying with Miss Jean Pearce, of Fenton Street. Miss Mary Wilson and Miss Betty Abbott, of Auckland, are spending a golfing holiday in Rotorua and are staying at Brents. Mrs. J. Buchan, of Victoria St., has returned i after spending the school vacation in Auckland. Mrs. E. L. Bartleet and Miss Hina Wallace, of Auckland, spent the weekend in Rotorua and were guests at Hotel Arawa. Miss Jay Moody and Miss Betty Goldie, of Auckland, are spending a week's holiday in Rotorua and are staying at Brent's Bathgate House. Mrs. A. Walden, of Haupapa St., left on Monday on a brief visi't to i Hamilton. I' Misses Joan and Betty Bertram ! rode through to Te Puke this week to | attend the closing function of T'e Puke and Tauranga ward, of the Bay of Plenty _mnt Club. They were both present at the Hunt ball on Monday evening.
