three injured SERIGUS ACCIDENT AT ' HAMILTON EAST PARENTS AND DAUGHTER HURT

Hamilton, Tuesday. Three members of the same family wero injured, two seriously, when a baby car in which they were riding, was involved in a collision with a larger car in Hamilton East this evI ening. ' The victims were : — Robert William Money> aged 71 years, retired settler, fractured skull, condition very serious. ' Mrs. Grace Money, aged 67 years, fracture and dislocation • of right thigh, condition serious. Miss Grace Money, * driver of the smaller car, cuts on face ahd shock. The driver of the larger car, Charles O'Brien, of Hamilton E^st, escaped with slight cuts on the face. There were no eye witnesses of the accident, and it is not definitely known how it occurred. After the • smash. both cars were facing in the j same direction, Miss Money's car on the footpath, and the other near the middle. of the road. The three passengers in Miss Money's car were taken to the Waikato Hospital. As recently as last Friday, Mr. Money was awarded £928 damages in the Supreme Court at Hamilton against a motorist who knocked him oif his bicyclo in October, 1929. In fchis accident Mr. Money sustained a f i acture of the leg, and still had to wear a support. ' •
