NAZI PAPER'S CRITICISM Rec. Aug. 30, 7.0 p.m. Berlin, August 29. The Nazi organ, the Bolkinch'er Beobacher, editorially attacks Herr von Papen and says if Cabinet dissolves the Reichstag, in order to enable it to continue in power, it will establish a pure military dictatorship, without the support of the smallest section of the people.
