EIGHT MEMBERS OF N.Z. FAMILY BENEFIT UNDER WILL

Auckland, Friday. Eight members of a New Zealand family, seven residents in the Te Awa- ' mutu district, and one at Otahuhu, will benefit under the will of Vernon Leslie Miller, a Canadian rancher. The beneficiaries who are the children of Mr. Miller's deceased brother, Edward Ingleby Miller, are as follows: Ingleby Miller, of Manurewa, Mervyn, Eric, Hugh and Francis of Tle Awamutu and Mrs F. J. Moresby, Te Awamutu and Mrs. W. C. Christie, of Otahuhu. The ninth child, Coopeiy is deceased. His widow lives at Ohaupo. The estate is understood to comprise between 7000 and 8000 acres, and a raneh house in British0Colombia, a total value of about £20,000. It is stated that some nephews and nieces were the beneficiaries under the will of an aunt, a sister of the present benefactor, about two years ago, but the estate was somewhat smaller.
