CLAUSE NOT APPLICABLE

-By Teleyraph — Copyright).

Rec. Aug. 18, 7 p.m. Ottawa, August 17. The official spokesman announced that the committee on commercial relations with foreign countries had concluded its work and accepted the sub-committee's report, the main feature of which is an expression of the view that the "most favoured nation" clauses in British treaties with foreign countries will have no bearing on Empire agreements reached at Ottawa.
