an extra heavy yarding of fat and store sheep. Bidding on fat sheep was brisk throughout. Last week's advanced rates were fully maintained, and in some cases exceeded, a good sale resulting throughout. The store entry comprised chiefly breeding- ewes and hoggets for which late rates were fully maintained. Beef: A full yarding of ox and a medium yarding of cow and heifer beef came forward. Prime ox and heifer beef maintained last week's values, while cow beef was slightly easier. Pigs: A small yarding of fat pigs ! met with good competition. I A large yarding of stores came for- i ward, and prices for all classes were easier.
