Newspaper headlines denounce the I rioters as traitors and murderers, j while religious hodies are urging the j people to keep peace, and remember : God and the brotherhood of man. j The German national flag is rare- j ly seen, it being replaced by party emblems. | Communists, attempting to demon- i strate, in defiance of the ordinances, fought the police. One woman was ' shot' dead and two men seriously and many were slig'htly injured.
