President Hindenburg has revoked the state of emergency in Berlin and • Grandenburg Where virtual martial i law has been operative since July 20. j Herr von Papen, however, remains i dictator of Prussia. j He has advised President Hinden- \ burg that public security is no longer in danger, and is confident that the ! election on July 31 will be held peaceably.
