NELSON, Tuesday. Legal opinion obtained by the Nelson Education board was to the effect that the Director of Education, Mr T. B. Strong, had no authority to issue instruetions to teachers not to admit children under the age of six years. The board has decided to advise teachers to admit children who reach the age of six years during the current term.
