WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Arrested in Moxham Avenue on I Thursday evening, after his car had | collided with a motor lorry, smashed i the gates of the Kilbirnie Police Station and finally come to a stop in a hedge on the opposite side of the ' road, Wiifred Rainsford Homersham ; (37), traveller,. was fined £20 to-day ' for being found intoxicated while in j charge of a motor car. It was stated that Homersham is ! married and has been in the same.cm- | ployment for 23 years. If he was to ! rqtain the position it was essential ; that he should be able to drive a car. i His license was not interfered with.
