BRIDGE PARTY

Misses Nancy and Verena Holland were hostesses at a delightful bridge party at their home in Garnot Street last Friday evening. The bridge room where the hostesses received their guests was tastefully decorated with autumn foliage. Miss Nancy Holland wore a dainty frock of cameo pink satin and Miss Verena Holland a frock in a becoming shade of blue. Progressive bridge was played, Mis.s Vera Griffiths being the winner, while Mrs. Russel Gardner secured the consolation prize. Those present were: — Mrs. J. Spear, Mrs. Russel Gardner, Miss M.
