LONDON, Wednesday. Lord Craigavon, the Premier of Northern Ireland, told an Oi-ange demonstration that Ulster could never again he used11 as a pawn by a political party. Britain had guaranteed the inviolability of Ulster's constitution; wherefore it would be wise to remain out of the picture in respect to Free State incidents. He hoped the visit of the Dominion delegates to the Orange World Council would assist in cementing the Empire.
