SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS FOR 11 CROWN SECTIONS

AUCKLAND, Wednesday. A ballot was held by the Land Board yesterday for 11 Crown seclions comprising four ranging from 50 to 75 ncres in the Renown block, nine miles from Huntly; four ranging from 80 to 120 aeres, at Onepu, four rnles from Te Telco, in the Bay of Plenty distriet; and three each of •ihout 130 acres near Te Kauwhata, rhere were 181 applicants. Following were the successful applicants. — • Renown Block. — Section 7, Mrs AM. Ogilvy, Arapuni; section 8, J. Mulllgan, Huntly West; section 9, A. L. Gubb, l>ukemiro; section 11, J. Carrick, Renown. Te Kauwhata Block; — Section 50, A. V/estern, Egmont Village; section 54, Mrs E. Thomas, Runciman; section 57, Mrs E. Fowli'e, Frankton June tio p. 0u6pu Block:— Section 9, Tj. W. Burgess, Karaka; section 10, W. E. McDonald, Wanganui; section 16, W. II. Ley, Te Puke; section 17, W. C. avies, R.I)., Whakatane.
