COLOGNE, Monday. Hundreds of uniformed Nazis, defying the prohibition, tried to execute a propaganda march. The Nazis savagely attacked the police, who visited their lieadquarters. They armed themselves with chairi henches and office fittings. The .poliqe, firirig their revolvers, charged the Ilitlerites, wounding. niany and seized the building. The uniformed Nazis and Communists also clashed viciously, the police havirig to rescue the Nazis from their opponents. The Stalhelms (steel helmets) participated in the fighting, many being injured." Serious disturbances also occurred at Essen, Rochum, Duisburg, and Wupp'erial. One is reported killed and numbers injured.
