MUNICH DEMONSTRATION
— By Telegraph — Copyrlght.)
LONDON, Monday. The Times' Munich correspondent states that the city is simmering with excitement as a i-esult of 5000 Nazis defying the State Government's ban, suddenly appearing in their true colours before the house of the Premier, Dr. Helds, until after two hours' pandemonium, the police had been sufficiently reinforced to disperse them with baton charges. The Nazis in full uniform, marched to Dr. Helds' house, sliouting "Hail, Hitler!" While women and children, who were taking Sunday walks, fled screaming, the crowd echoed cheers for Hitler and hooted the police, whose small cordon was almost overpowered, when hundreds of armed gendarmes, troops, and mounted police turned the scale and arrested two hundred. A score were injured. The Nazi prisoners continued to yell defiance after being locked up.
