THAMES, Thursday. Word has heen received at Thames that Mr, Fraser and three others have made an applifjation to the Supreme Oourt to have a receivcr for Thames borough appointed, Mr. Fraser m one of the largest private dehonturc-holdere, IIc is a resident of Melhourne, and recently made a special visit to Thames to investigato the position. The Borough Couneil will hold a special meeting of the Finance Committee this evening to deeido upon a eourse of action.
