Rec. June 6, 7.0 p.m. ROME, Monday. Mussolini's would-Jbe assassin -is named Angelo Abadellego. He admitted that he is an anarchis't and wanted to attempt Mussolini's life when the latter was attending the unveiling of a -monument to Anita Garibaldi at Janiluluni Hill, but a cordon of troops prevented him. Abadellego had a thin rubber pipe filled with nitro-glycerine, sufficient to blow to pieces himself and everyone grappling with him, as well as two flat bombs hung to his belt. He will be tried :by a special tribunal and it is expected that he will be sentenced to death by shooting, similar to tbe sentence carried out on Michael Schirru for plotting Mussolini's death in 1931.
