ROME, Monday Tt has just been revealed that an attempt made to assassinate Signor Mussolini yesterday was thwarted by the police. A suspicious-looking man was arrested near the Duce's official residence. He had a revolver, two explosive bo:mbs, and a forged -passport.. The man admitted he came from Switzerland to make -an attempt on Mussolini's life.
