ROTORUA LADIES' ASSN. SEYEN-A-SIDE TOURNEY A large crowd watched the seven-a-side basketball tournament conducted at the Government grounds yesterday by the Rotorua Ladies' Basketball Associatipn. Eight teams eompeted, and after a very interesting series. Waratah defeated Kowhai 7-5 in the final. JlesulLs were. — First Round IXigh School Old Students A 6 v. j Liigh School A 4. sWaratah 6 v. High School Old Students B 5. High School B 8 v. Ngongotaha nil. Kowhai 13 v. Kiwi nil. Semi-Finals Waratah 6 v. High School Old Girls 4. Kowhai 8 v. High School 3. Final Waratah 7 v. Kowhai 5.
