BIRTHDAY PARTY
ENJOYABLE DANCE AT BRENTS. Last Friday evening, at Brents Bathgate House, Mr and Mrs. L. Jones were host and bostess at a most enjoyable birthday dance given in honour of their daughter, Moya. Mrs Jones received her guests wearing a frock of pastel sh^ided georgette and the guest of honour vvas in black georgette and lace. Miss Esme Jones was in cherry organdie. Excellent music was supplied by Epi Shalfoon's Melody Boys and the winners of ihe Monte Carlo proved to be M1" .s B. Vaughan and Mr. N. Steele. Among the guests were. Mrs. ,C .C. Ellis, pompadour-pink floral ninrn; M rs D. Dayies, primrose satin; Miss B. Vaughan, hlack and white spotted ninon; Miss J. Hodgson, floral georgette; Miss MacGormack (Wellington), apricot floral satin; Miss J. Gilbertson, cardinal.and ivory spotted ninon; Miss D. Hodgson, ciel blue georgette; Miss K.
