CHRISTCHURCH, Friday In all sixteen men Bave been arrested as a result of attacks on trams, and will appear in the Cou'rt this afternoon, mostly on chargeS of lawlessness. Of the sixteen men arrested only three are said to be ex-tramwaymen.
