Wide sympathy with Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Costello, of Rotorua, has been expressed in connection with the sudden and wholly unexpected death on Saturday last, of their infant daughter, Noli Margaret. Coming as it did without warning, their loss was a very severe shock. Mr. A. Todd, of Auckland, is staying at the Grand Hotel. Mr. G. Cottrell and Mr. J. Nelson, of Auckland, are at the Palace Hotel. Mr. E. Cranswick, of Waimana, and Mr. J. W. Rowe and Mr. C. C. Croucher, of Auckland, are at Brents Bathgate House. Mr. C. Davis and Mr. Elliott, of Auckland, are staying at the Palace Hotel. Mrs. Rout, Miss S. Tancred, and Mr. and Mrs. N. R. Lusty, of Auckland, are at Brents Bathgate House. Mr. T. C. McNiell, of Hamilton, and Mr. T. Martin, of Auckland, are at Brents Bathgate House.
