SYDNEY, Thursday. The Cade Memorial Handicap race at Narrabri provided a situation unique in the memory of totalisator officials. In a field of five horses the first, second and third were unbacked on the machine. Tickets had been takeii out oply on the other two runners, and the, totalisator officer ordered the return of the money less commission.
