By Telegraph-— Copyrlght)
GENEVA, Monday. Interviewed, Mr E. J. Hogan, Premier of Victoria, expressed himself as aggrieved because he understands that a cable. he sent to Mr. T. Mr. Hogan declares: It is a ehoiee between honour and dishonour. "I adhere to my political principles and support the re-enaetment of the whole of the Premiers' Plan," he said. "Mr. Tunnecliffe's statement that I was not offered the Agent-General-ship pnzzles me. I have asked him to explain and will probably pnblish to'morrow Mr. Tunnecliffe's cable respecting the Agent-Generalship and my replies.
