MILAN, Sunday. The Premier of Vietoria, Mr. E. J. Hogan, interviewed as he departed for Geneva, said he knew nothing of the resignation of Mr. J. P. Jones and Mr G. Kiernan, Minister without Portfolio. He had just rece'ved an oflicial cable which at present he could not disclose, hut he would make a statement when he received a full ofiicial report.
