Rec. April 25, 7,45 p.m. MELBOURNE, Monday. The Victorian Labour Party, on the eve of the election, is at loggerheads. Several ministers and others desirous of the continuance of the finan'fial rehabilitation plan have been osracised by the party. These inelude the Premier, Mr. E. J. Hogah, while Mr J. P. Jones, Commissioner of Works and Messrs Angus and Jackson have res;gned from the party.
