Higgins, supreme head of the Salvation Axmy throughout the world, who is engaged in a rapid tour of New Zealand ij1 the course of a world tour, will hirive in Rotorua on Thursday morning from Taupo and Wairakei. General Higgins will be accompanied by Mrs. Higgins, who is also a high officer of the Army, and by Colonel Pugmire (soloist) , Ensign Pallant (International auditor), ana Commissioner and Mrs. Cunninghani, who command the Army in NeW Zealand. .
