HAMILTON, Tuesday. The Farmers Co-operative Auetioneering Co., Ltd., report: — At Frankton sale to-day we had a heavy yarding of all classes of fat stock. Sheep: There was a heavier yarding than usual of fat ewes and wethers with a larger entry of fat lambs, prices remaining unchanged but equal to late rates. Cattle: A very full yarding of cow beef with a few pens of ox beef came forward. Ox beef remained unchanged and in spite of the heavy yarding of cow beef prices remained on a par with last week's quotations. Pigs. There was a large yarding of all classes of pigs, values for baconers showing a slight improvement, whil'e porkers realised prices on ai par with last week. Quotations: Sheep: Medium fat wethers 11s 6d to 12s 4d, lighter 10s 6d to 11s, heavy fat ewes 8s 7d to 9s ld, lighters 5s 6d to 6s 6d,' heavy fat lambs 13s to 14s, medium 11s to 12s 3d, light 9s to 10s 6d. Cattle: Prime fat vealers 32s to 36s, lighter ,20s to 26s, light fat steers £4 10s to £4 19s, heavy fat cows £4 to £4 10s, medium £3 to £3 6s, prime fat heifers £3 15s to £4 4s, lighter fat cows £2 2s to £2 10s, forward conditioned cows 20s to. 25s, boner) cows 12s to 19s. Pigs: Prime heavy baconers 39s to £2 2s, medium 35s to 38s, light 31s to 33s, heavy porkers 25s to 28s, medium 20s to 24s, light 17s to 19s, stores 11s to 13s, slips 7s to 8s 6d, weaners 2s 6d to 3s 6d.
