PASSION FRUIT SNOW.
Ingredients. — One pint water, Boz sugar, 3 tablespoons cornflour, two eggs, 6 passion fruit. Method. — Boil water and sugar together, mix cornflour to smooth paste with little cold water, add to water and sugar and bpil ah agqin fqr few minutes. Take off fire and add stiffly beaten whites of two eggs and pulp of the passion fruit, mix well and turn intq wet mould tq set. Make a custard Witji the two yolks of eggs and serve witji snow. — Mrs. S. Walker, Union Street.
