PEACH DELIGHT.
Ingredients. — Three large peaches or 6 halves of a tin of preserved peaches; 6 macaroons; raspberry or apricqt jam; whipp.ed crqam; 6 crysr tallised cherries. Method. — Arrange peaches , in a salad dish, put a little jam in the cavity where the stone was, then place the macaroon Qn top. Cover all oyer witih w'hipped c^eam. coloqred. pale pink and place a cherry on top. — Mrs. S. E. Phipps, Tpko Street.
