PUMPKIN PIE Iqgj*pdient§:( , 1J cpps of boiled pumplnn. ^ cup sugar., 1 cup of milk. Yolks of 2 eggs. 3 tablespoons melted butter. Method: Line a piedish with plain pastry; put all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat mixture, then add half cup of raisins cut finely and some chopped preserved ginger, together with a little allspice. Put all into prepared piedish and bake slowly until custard sets, usually for, 4«|i mip^ utes. Dust top of pie with uinnamon and sqgar. Put pie-back into oven to gl^ze. — iyirs. E. R.
