TRIAL OF ACCUSED TO BE COMMENCED NEXT MONDAY EMINENT COUNSEL ENGAGED

HONOLULU, Saturday. The trial of Mrs. Fortescue, Lieutenant Massie, and two naval ratings on a charge of murder in connection with the killing of a native named Kahakawai, who allegedly participated in a criminal assault on Lieutenant Massie's wife, will open on Monday, April 4. Mr. Darrow, the eminent American counsel, will conduct the case for the defence.
