A high Irish Republiean Army official told the Sketch's Dublin correspondent that orders had been issued to all ranks not to carry arms, at Sunday's demonstration. Any infringement of this regulation would be followed by disciplinary measures, he said. The time was not ripe for trouble and there would be none on Sunday.
