Rec. Mar. 27, 11.50 p.m. LONDON, Sunday. Mr de Valera's reply to the Dominion's S.eeretary, Mr. J. H. Thomas, is expected later in the week. In the meantime he and his colleagues do not wish to make statements. Mr W. T. Cosgrave will also remain silent until Mr de Valera's proposals are introduced in the Dail, which, when it meets on April 20, will immediately be occupied, not with the oath, but with the Budget.
