PARIS, Tuesday. With characteristic bitterness those French political newspapers which opposed M. Briand's policy heap scorn and abuse upon him while awaiting his burial. The Royalist, M. Daudet, in the Action Francais, denounces the creation of the Treaty of Locarno, and declares he was a traitor and should have been shot.
