NO ABSOLUTE MAJORITY
FIANNA FAIL MUST DEPEND ON LABOUR PARTY Rec. Feb. 21, 12.5 p.m. LONDON, Sunday. It is now clear htat the Fianna Fail though the largest party in the Dail, cannot obtain majority. If Mr. de Valera forms a Government, he must depend on the Labour Party, which declares that it requires the shelving of purely political and eonsitutional questions.
