OTTAWA, Wednesday. Eight Canadian army fliers, who have been released as the result of the Government's economy policy, today offered themselves to.the Chinese Consul for service at Shanghai. The offer has been forwarded to thet Chinese Government. The Government has refused a reauest by British Columbia to send a special Ambassador to China.
