1 BUZZING SAWS DISTURB PEACE OF GUESTS IN REST HOUSE COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE
At last evening's meeting of « Rotorua Borough Council a letter ^ received from Mr. R. A. Potter, 0] behalf of a client, hringing under th notice of the council two puijj nuisances which, he stated, threatening to seriously affect \ client's business. Mr. Potter ash that the council should take imniei iate steps to endeavour to have ti nuisances discontinued. The alleged nuisances complaine of were the cutting of firewood t, neighhouring premises, and Mr. p0 ter stated that as his clierit was keej ing a rest house, "The Denbies," \\ noise was a serious matter. Cr. W. Galbraith thouglit it was i concern of the couhcil. The yaif had been there before the boardinj houses. Cr. Wackrow considered it a que tion for private action. Cr. 0. H.
