LAMOUREUX'S CRITICISM i OF FRENCH BUDGET ESTIMATES

Rec. Feb. 10, 7 p.m. PARIS, Tuesday. Criticising the Budget estimates for April to Decfember, 1932, to a reporter, General Lamoureux stated he anticipated a deficit of £32,00,000 owing to the supplementary estimate, and the fact of the Hoover Moratorium. He em-phasised that the Finance Minister's methods of merely transferring burdens to other budgets might be expected. The defifcit in 1933 would probably be £60,000,000.
