Recently *he remembered the jewels and decided to sell them in order that hef ?gtfandsons, Princes . Alvatfo and Alonso of Orleans and Bourbon, might marry * the ex-King* Alfdiiso's daughters, Phincesses Beatrice and Maria. The Infanta accordingly communicated with the Spanish Republican Government,' -and after an extensi.ve search in the Royal Palace the Government has now notified the Jnfanta that the jewels are saf e • and are being held at her.-disposal.
