• LONDON, Tuesday. The -First Lord of the Admiralty Sir B. Eyres-Monsell, in the House of Commons, after detailing the circumstances of the loss of submarine M2, said the complete absence of floating wreclcage and oil and air bubbles, was an unusual feature. When the last obstruction was located, the cap of the coxswain of M2 was found floating in the sea, while under the sea the searchers found a canvas bag containing the submarine's handflags, and a petty officer's collar. A full inqniry would he held as early as possible, but until M2 was found and examined, the cause of the disaster would remain a mystery.
