TOMATO SCRAMBLE
Ingredients: Two good-sized tomatoes, 2 eggs, some slices of buttered toast. Method: Drop the tomatoes into boiling water until tliey will peel easily. Melt a little butter in a pan and cut the tomatoes into slices. Add pepper and salt and cook until tender. Brealc two eggs into the- mixture and stir it gently until the eggs are scrambled into the tomato. Serve on fingers of hot buttered toast.
