Rec. Jan. 15, 7.0 p.m. BERLIN, Thursday. Hundreds of English agents bave arrived on behalf of municipalities, railways and estate agents, anxious to sell factory sites to German firms who, owing to the tariff, find it advisable to transfei- their manufacturing plants to Great Britain. Already there are indications of trouble and alarm in Germany owing to the number of businesses transferring at least portion of tbeir factory plants to England, thus depriving Germans of employment.
