The "Daily Mail" copimenting on Sir Walter Layton's speech delivered at the Eighty Club yesterday, says: "Great Britain would be the hardest hit by wiping out tbe war debt burden; her collapse would not long be delayed. We cannot hold all the troublesome babies for tbe universe, or §erve any longer as Europe's fairy godmother."
