-By Telegraph— Copyright).
Rec. Jan. 15, 9, 30. p.m.; ?■ LONDON, Friday. The "Financial News" says'that the f ealing is steadily growing that whatever the precise course taken at Lausanne, reparations arp finished. Not all the intransigence and obstructiveness of France will avail to kqep them alive. The feeling is strengthenod, not only by Signor Mussolini's newspaper article, but also by reports that the British Government is in entire agreement with tbe city that reparations must be ended rather than mended. This may be facilitated by a sbort, instead of a long extension of the moratorium, to enable the Governments to tackle the final proposal.
