PARIS, Thursday. M. Catliala and M. Fould, newcomers to the Cabinet, become Ministers of the Interior and Agriculture respeetively. The others are unchanged. M. Laval's position is weakened but tbe newspapers welcome M. Laval and M. Tardieu holding the key positions, which are rendered doubly important by the impending conferences. M. Tardieu is considered admirably suited to uphold France's interests at the Disarmament Conference.
